We built Rubix Workforce because we saw the gap clearly: there is no local-first, cloud-native, full-suite payroll and HR platform with transparent pricing in the Caribbean market. Most existing solutions handle payroll only — they're desktop apps that lack the HR depth growing businesses need. The few cloud alternatives available are foreign-built, expensive, and lack on-the-ground presence in the region.
