Pricing FAQs
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Starter tier is permanently free for up to 5 employees. It includes full Jamaica statutory compliance (NIS, NHT, PAYE, Education Tax).
How does per-employee pricing work?
Paid plans are priced per active employee per month. You are only billed for active employees each month. Final pricing will be announced at launch.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch at any time. Annual billing gives you 2 months free, effectively a 16.7% discount. We recommend annual for businesses that are stable on headcount.
Are prices in USD or JMD?
Our published prices are in USD. JMD billing is available on request. Enterprise and on-premises customers can be invoiced in JMD at a fixed exchange rate agreed in the contract.
What is the Accountant Partner programme?
Accountants and payroll firms get a free Business-tier account to manage client payrolls. You earn 15–20% recurring commission on any clients you refer who upgrade to a paid plan. Apply via the waitlist.
